• You confirm that trading is suitable for your financial situation and risk tolerance.
• You understand that past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You agree that the Platform does not provide financial advice.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Virtue Exchange supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods including bank transfer, card payments, and cryptocurrency. Processing times vary by method. All deposits are subject to verification. We reserve the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, legal obligation, or compliance review.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform and may change at any time. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details; incorrect details may result in permanent loss of funds.

6. Fees

Virtue Exchange may charge fees for certain services including trading, withdrawals, and currency conversion. All applicable fees are disclosed within the Platform prior to each transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform following a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to engage in:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activities.
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing.
• Phishing, impersonation, or identity theft.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Virtue Exchange LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal use.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable regulations (including KYC/AML requirements). We do not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtue Exchange LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
